These terms cover the use of this website and the assessment request. They are not a service agreement. Any engagement with Effactus is governed by a separate written proposal and agreement.

What this website is

effactus.com describes Effactus services, publishes independent public-source research demonstrations, and lets you request a fit review. Nothing on this site is an offer that can be accepted by payment, and no purchase can be made here.

The assessment request

• Submitting the form requests a fit review. It does not create an engagement, a subscription or any obligation to pay.
• It is not a free full dossier. The reply is a short, honest view of fit and a recommended path.
• You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it.

Services, pricing and limits

Plan prices, setup fees and inclusions shown on this site are current at the date above and may change. The limits stated for each plan are part of the offer. Advertising spend and third-party software are always separate. Final scope and pricing are confirmed in writing before any engagement begins.

No guaranteed results

Effactus commits to defined deliverables and disciplined work. Market outcomes depend on many factors outside anyone's control. Nothing on this site promises revenue, lead volume or return on investment.

Research demonstrations

The public research demonstrations on this site are independently produced from lawful public sources on the dates shown. They are not client engagements, are not endorsed by the companies discussed, and reflect what was observable at the time of capture. Facts, interpretations and unverified items are labeled. Trademarks and company names belong to their owners and are used only to identify the public material discussed.

Intellectual property

The Effactus name, emblem and site content belong to Effactus. You may link to and quote the research demonstrations with attribution. Do not reproduce the emblem or wordmark without permission.

Governing law, dispute handling, refund rules and the legal entity name are intentionally left for the owner and counsel to complete before launch; they are not stated here because they have not been established.
