This page explains, in plain language, what effactus.com collects and what happens to it.

What this website collects

The only personal data this website collects is what you type into the assessment request form:

• Required: your company website, your email address, and your description of your biggest marketing problem.
• Optional: your name, the plan you are considering, and any notes you choose to add.

The site does not use analytics, advertising pixels, tracking cookies or third-party scripts. It sets no cookies of its own. Fonts load from this domain. Photographs are delivered from this domain by Netlify’s image service, which fetches the original files from Unsplash on the server side; your browser does not contact Unsplash.

Where form submissions go

The form is processed by Netlify Forms, the form-handling feature of Netlify, the service that hosts this website. Submissions are stored in the Effactus account on Netlify, where the Effactus owner can read, export and delete them. Netlify's own privacy practices apply to that storage; see netlify.com/privacy.

A hidden anti-spam field is included in the form. Submissions that fill it are discarded by Netlify as spam.

What we use it for

• To review whether Effactus is a fit for your business and to reply to you by email.
• To prepare a proposal if you ask for one.

We do not sell personal data, add you to marketing lists without asking, or share form contents with third parties other than the hosting provider described above.

How long we keep it

Submissions are kept for as long as needed to review and reply, and for the duration of any engagement that follows. Requests that do not lead to an engagement may be deleted periodically.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can ask for your submission to be deleted at any time. Reply to the email you receive from Effactus after submitting the form, or submit the form again with "delete my previous request" in the notes and the same email address; we will delete the records and confirm. A dedicated privacy contact address will be published here once it is configured.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated. Material changes will be noted here.
